With a difficult draw to contend with, he managed to break quickly and angle towards the centre of the field where he travelled well, ending up on the far rail, to hold off all his contenders without difficulty. He won here without ever causing much doubt, proving that he has plenty more to offer.

My Sweet Georgia kept up the winning streak by maintaining her unbeaten record on Fibresand and coming up trumps in this 6 furlong claimer, a course and distance she triumphed on in January. She recovered well after a slight stumble exiting the stalls and headed for the outside where she soon took the lead. Despite strong pressure from rivals on either side she showed a winning attitude in holding them off to the finish line.
