Regeneration Triumphs

Regeneration had shown ability in two maidens, albeit seven months between them, and was having his first run on the all-weather. Although he travelled very well he still had plenty to do entering the straight, and after straightening up, his rider allowed him to find his feet before unleashing him with a withering run up the outside. He won a shade cosily in the end but has the scope to progress further and looks likely to develop into a nice horse next year.
