Where abouts were you born and raised?
In Banar, near Jodphur India

What was your first job in racing?
I worked as a groom and rider, back in 2001

If you didn’t work in racing, what do you think you would do?
I wanted to go into the army, so I would probably do that.

Did you ride professionally, back in the day?
No

What is your most memorable moment in racing?
I think it is probably the first time I’d ever sat on a horse in my life, I loved it.

Where’s your favourite holiday destination?
Goa, because it has the most beautiful beaches

What type of music do you listen to most?
I like to listen to Indian music, and to old songs.

What websites do you visit regularly?
I don’t have the internet

Favourite all-time horse
Red Alert Day, I look after him and he’s such a lovely horse, and a good one!

What do you do with your spare time?
I like to play chess and cricket

Who are your hero’s both in and out of racing?
My hero’s would be David Beckham and Sachin Tendulkar
